The BioSA Incubator

Australia’s first dedicated bioscience incubator, the BioSA Incubator, was opened for business in June 2008 to fast-track the growth of local companies.

This state-of-the-art, purpose-built building provides modular office and laboratory space to accommodate 6 early stage bioscience companies.

Located in the heart of the Thebarton Bioscience Precinct, the BioSA Incubator is only 3km from the CBD and 4kms from the Adelaide International Airport. For directions to the BioSA Incubator, click here.

The BioSA Incubator was fully funded by the South Australian Government and developed for Bio Innovation SA by the Land Management Corporation. The building was designed by internationally renowned Henn Arkitekten in collaboration with local Adelaide architects Jackman Parken Evans and Capital Architecture.

For more information about the BioSA Incubator and tenancy opportunities please contact Neil Finlayson, Business Development Director on +61 8217 6400 or at neil.finlayson@bioinnovationsa.com.au.

The BioSA Incubator offers a Café for local dining, take away and catering, and a Conference Centre available for hire for corporate meetings and functions.
